Antioch Friends of Animal Services Events

*Upcoming events are posted on this page.

Friends of Animal Services is a local, all volunteer, nonprofit organization that supports the Antioch Animal Shelter animals in many wonderful ways. This year, we are celebrating 45 years of commitment to our shelter animals! This ongoing dedication includes funding spay/neuter costs, facilitating adoptions into safe and loving homes, celebrating well planned community-awareness events at the Shelter throughout the year, and paying thousands of dollars for special medical assistance for our shelter animals. No matter what the situation or the state of the economy, Friends of Animal Service is 100% committed to these precious animals and their humane care.

Our little shelter by the Delta would not succeed each day without the dedicated staff, the amazing volunteers, our “Friends”, the foster families and the community support that comes in many forms; as rescue organizations, donors, ambassadors and the many wonderful families that welcome a shelter pet into their home for the first, second or umpteenth time.
From the hearts of those at 300 L Street;
Wishing you & yours all the best in 2024. ❤️
